Synchronise Bookmarks

To synchronise Bookmarks with multiple computers please follow these instructions:

  • Open Firefox on the computer you wish to export the bookmarks from.
  • Open this link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8426
  • Download the Syncplaces Add-on (Attention: Beta phase, currently undergoing testing!); you might have to register with Mozilla Firefox before downloading. No warranty for this external program!
  • After installing the Add-on, click on Bookmarks-->Syncplaces-Settings-->Options and enter this information:
    • Protocol: https
    • Server Name: ssl.interways.de/dav/your-interWaysMAIL-address
    • User Name: your-interWaysMAIL-address
    • Password: your password
  • Now you can export your bookmarks by going to Bookmarks-->Syncplaces-Settings and clicking on "Export bookmarks".
  • Done!

On the second computer please proceed accordingly, but click on "Import bookmarks" as the last step. Now you have synchronised bookmarks on all computers.
